It seems to be be the pattern for most people who run blogs to have a look back at the previous year around about now and produce little top tens or top 3s to show what people were reading in the year that has just gone by.
I thought this year, it might be helpful to give you a top 5 of Faithroots top 5 downloaded pdf books. One of my aims is to freely share resources included e-books to help people access pastoral and theological material. So, these seem to be the publications that people have been finding helpful this year, why not have a look yourself and see if you find them useful.
In fifth place, we have Hope For the City: Urban Subversive Fulfilment which is an introduction to urban missiology.
The fourth most downloaded publication was Marriage at Work. This was my MTh dissertation and offers a detailed look at what Paul says in Ephesians 5 about headship and submission. The aim is to help us think practically about big decisions married couples face today.
In at three, we have How do you know, which is part of my series introducing readers to Systematic Theology.
At Two, this year, it was “Male and Female leadership and teaching roles.” This surveys the complementarian v egalitarian debate in relation to church leadership.
This year’s most downloaded e-publication was the Galatians teaching guide, part of a set of overviews/teaching guides I’m putting together on books of the Bible.
