Review of the year (part 1) blog posts I wish had got more traction

It’s usual for bloggers to have a look back at the year and share a top ten of their blog posts for the year or similar. I probably will do that again this year. However, it’s slightly ironic isn’t it that we tend to share a list of articles that have already been well read, beyond our regular readership. It’s highly likely that you, along with quite a lot of other people have already read my blogposts about Israel (yes, they once again are up there in the top ten) and some of the other big hitters were responding to specific situations so may not be as relevant now.

So, something I did last year and am repeating this year is to give a list of articles that I wished had got more traction. It’s funny but you can knock off an article in ten minutes that for what ever reason such as because its controversial or merely because a better known blogger picks it up and reshares it generates hundreds or even thousands of hits. Meanwhile, you can put a lot of effort into an article, booklet or video that gets much less attention. I can’t speak for other bloggers but often its the stuff that you really care about and why you really blog that doesn’t get traction.

So, here are some articles, e-books and videos from this year that I wish more people had read or watched!
