Facing cancer and facing Fear

We had the privilege of interview Jeremy Marshall on Afternoon Tea yesterday. Jeremy was a successful banker in the city and CEO of a leading private bank.  The discovery of a cancerous lump changed everything.

Find out how as a believer in Jesus his faith has been deepened and how he has learnt to face fear, endure suffering and cling to Christ.

Highlights for me included the way that Jeremy talked honestly about fear.  The Bible invites us not to fear. However, fear is not a sin.  We have a natural fear of danger. Death and dying, especially the loneliness are genuinely fearful things. However, we can face fear by discovering the fear of the Lord.
