Who is God? – a pastor’s theology

Over the past few months we’ve been looking at the Doctrine of God, discovering who He is in terms of The Trinity, His character, His names and his deeds.

The articles have been serialising this E-Book which is available to download free of charge.

The original aims of Faithroots were two-fold. First, I wanted to help people see how Systematic Theology, especially the things we believe about God matter, to in effect provide “pastoral theology” to show how what we believe affects how we live. My hope was to make theology available as widely as possible.

Secondly, I have a deep concern to see churches planted and revitalised in urban contexts. I believe that this means we will need to train and equip many more people, gifted and godly people who will not necessarily be able to access traditional theological training and resources. Faithroots contributes to that vision by ensuring that training and resources are readily available.

This means two things. First that I’m not paid for my work and secondly that I do not charge here for any of the resources including the e-books.

If you would like to support my work and the provision of resources such as this e-book then you are welcome to make a one off donation or begin regular financial support.

Alternatively, you can use the contact form below, especially as I love to hear feedback from others. Or, if you enjoy the content here, are considering urban mission and would like to consider joining us for in person training and to get involved in urban planting in the West Midlands, I’d also love to hear from you.
